The Institute of Greek Music Heritage is open to collaborations with Institutions of Higher Education in Greece and abroad, with national and local cultural institutions, with local authorities, with public and private archives, with museums, with music schools, etc, in order to develop educational and research programmes, the creation of a centre for the digitisation and documentation of musical data, the development of innovative technological solutions, the creation of a cultural network for the management of the Greek music heritage, as well as the joint promotion of the Greek musical wealth from antiquity to modern musical expressions, through the participation and/or organisation of scientific and artistic activities and festivals of pan-European/ Mediterranean/ national scope.
